Der in Baar bei Zug lebende Guido Baselgia (*1953) gehört zu den namhaftesten Fotografen der Schweiz. Unter dem Titel Weltraum untersuchte er während mehrerer Jahre den Norden Finnlands und Norwegens zwischen Polarkreis und Barentsee. Urgeschichte und Gegenwart berühren sich in der ereignislosen und karstigen Moränenlandschaft raumzeitlich: Natur vor oder nach dem Menschen? Die längst konventionalisierte Tradition der Landschaftsdarstellung sollte mit einer abstrahierten und elementaren Sprache dekonstruiert werden. Ein Rückgang der Fotografie auf elementarste Grundlagen, auf den Nullpunkt, gewissermaßen als Antwort auf die gängige Bilderflut. Wie kann man ein relevantes Bild finden? Der vermeintliche Außenblick auf eine karge, an sich »leere«, aber dank der Fotografie rätselhaft vieldeutige Welt transformiert sich zum mentalen Bild. Love this products. Regret not getting this sooner or even the kit. But super good, and actually smells pretty good no harsh chemical smell. Removed any stained I had with such easy. Which made application easy, just spray on microfiber towel and wipe away. A little expensive but again my fault for not going with the kit.
